Processing Your Order of Darkness

Once you’ve completed your ritual (aka placed your order), our team of nocturnal artisans springs into action. We require 1-2 days to carefully prepare your items for their journey. During this time, we:

• Conjure your selected items from our shadowy inventory
• Perform quality incantations to ensure everything meets our dark standards
• Package your treasures with the care a vampire takes with their coffin soil
• Prepare the shipping scrolls and documentation

Note: During full moons and high-volume haunting seasons, processing may take slightly longer as we navigate increased paranormal activity in our warehouse.
