SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our haunted headquarters. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – $12.95
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Note for International Dark Souls: We ship globally (excluding some remote areas of Asia). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. We cannot mark items as “gifts” or declare lower values.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of our dark community, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Enamel Pins & Buttons (for hygiene reasons)
  • Stickers (once removed from backing)
  • Beauty Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewelry (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

The Return & Exchange Process

1. INITIATE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our coven at [email protected] with:

2. AWAIT OUR RESPONSE

Our coven will respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Do not send items without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

3. PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS

Carefully pack items in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or original packing slip. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

4. SHIP YOUR RETURN

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

5. PROCESSING

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. If the exchanged item has a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the remaining balance accordingly.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective item or wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
